These terms govern your use of this website, kaihospitality.org, operated by Kai Hospitality Sdn Bhd (“KAI”, “we”). The KAI platform — the product this site describes — is provided to hotel customers under a separate written subscription agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement governs the platform.

The site describes the product as shipped at the time of writing, and we hold the copy to that standard deliberately. It is still information, not an offer capable of acceptance: subscriptions are concluded in writing, and published pricing is a from-price for a single property, confirmed by a written quote.

The content of this website — text, design and the KAI marks — belongs to Kai Hospitality Sdn Bhd. Third-party names that appear (PMS vendors, booking channels, government agencies) are the marks of their respective owners and appear only to describe what the product works with.

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it to misrepresent KAI.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the website itself; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Your statutory obligations — tax, e-invoicing, data protection — remain your own, whether or not you use KAI.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
