What the subscription includes

Verify-then-seal nightly audits, the tamper-evident 7-year vault, maker-checker corrections.

What does “from” mean?: RM 1,200 a month covers a single property. Groups and multi-property portfolios are priced on size. Write to us with your portfolio and we'll quote it plainly.
Is anything sold separately?: No. KAI is priced per property, not per module. Every product area above is part of the subscription.
What do you need from us to start?: The reports your PMS already prints: the night-audit pack, Tourism Tax listing, amendment listing, OTA statements. Onboarding typically takes under a week.
Do we need an IT team?: No integration project and no workflow change. If your front office can print reports, they can run KAI.
Who owns the data?: You do. Raw uploads purge after 30 days under PDPA; anonymised statutory records are kept for the 7-year retention period; your nightly and monthly metric series export as CSV or JSON whenever you want them.
What about our guests' data?: Guest names, passports and ICs never reach the statutory record. The audit parsers read only the fields the checks need, and guest analytics carry a K=5 anonymity floor.
Can we see it on our own reports first?: Yes. The demo runs on real Malaysian report formats. Bring a night audit and watch it checked, verified and sealed end to end.
