- Every number on a KAI screen can answer where it came from: the report it was read from, the baseline behind its delta, the statute behind its flag.

- No fabricated data, ever. A panel without a connected feed says so; an approximation is labelled; an AI summary that invents a figure never renders.
- Compliance is the product
- Tourism Tax, SST, LHDN e-invoice and PDPA aren't a checklist bolted on later. The checks are the reason the platform exists, maintained as the rules move.
- Built for the operator
- The GM who owns the numbers without a data team behind them; the attendant with a phone in one hand. If a feature needs a consultant, it isn't finished.
